CSA insist I still work for my old employer after I've told them I had left

Despite 2 attempted phone calls from me, 1 letter from me, 2 letters from my former employer, phone calls from my former employer and a form that the CSA requested, they STILL insisted I worked for my former employer for months after I'd left. This is my last and final attempt to tell them, and despite their promise at the end, they did NOT ring back or send me a letter.

The CSA - When the CSA say they have put a summons in the post ( not recorded delivery, normal post ) it is deemed to be served, yet I sent the CSA letters and forms recorded, signed for! and they still say they did'nt get them, wankers!!!
