Mudikondan Sri.C.Venkatarama Iyer hails from Mudikondan(Tanjore Dt). He was born to Sri.Chakarapani Iyer and Smt.Kamakshi and his wife was Smt.Visalakshi. He was the desciple of Sri.Simizhi Sundaram Iyer and Sri.Konaerajapuram Vaidyanatha Iyer.His accolades comprises of titles like National Award from the President Babu Rajendra Prasad, Sangeetha Kalanidhi, Sangeetha Kalasikamani etc.
His Video and photos were archived and contributed by his descendants - Daughter Smt.K.Mathuram and grand daughters Bhagyalakshmi Chandrasekaran and Vijaya Sivaramakrishnan.
