This is a demonstration of the Turkish Get Up performed with a 20kg Kettlebell. The exercise is performed using the requirements of the RKC program under Pavel Tsatsouline and Dragon Door. Critiques of this demonstration are welcome, as I am always striving to perform better.
Can I offer some advise based on this video? Make sure your legs come off your torso at equal angles. Try to use the same width as your swing. Also when rolling up to your elbow lead with your hips not your shoulder or your head.

@haleah07 Thanks for the advise! This past Saturday, I went to an HKC certification workshop and discovered some of the errors you mentioned in my technique. Good news is that these errors were corrected in the workshop, and I was able to pass my certification test!
