Here is the real kick to all americans. If you have a freddie or fannie investor owned loan Chase will get 85% of the loan value and then collect at auction on the loan and they get paid by the federal government on top of it. Also Chase lied to me and reported me delinquent when I was'nt I just applied for a mod to try to avoid becoming delinquent they even reversed my payments to make me appear delinquent when I filed a complaint with the federal government.....the gov has still not responde

Actually they owe us (America) taxpayers because my tax dollars were used to bail them out. I'm paying for them to stay in business when I have never recieved a dime from chase, nor have I ever done buisness with them:)

I have been a credit card holder with chase with a perfect FICO hitting 800 and my APR just jumped from 8.99 to 26.99. screw them!
NO bank is your friend!!

I know how much I hate collections, but understand this poor guy on the phone is just trying to do what the bank makes him do. What I got out of this is that this particular bank like many don't see people as people, but rather as income. I feel for your situation, I have been there and worse.

This is pathetic, I don't understand why you posted this on youtube. Its unfortunate you lost your job, but I'm not certain why this is on here. You were late on your HELOC, the guy from India is doing his job and calling to find out what's going on. If you owe someone money, and don't pay back according to the contract, they will call you to find out why. Don't post this crap on here.

Worry about yourself buddy! I know he is doing his job you dick. My argument is with Chase and how Chase is giving everyone the run-around on the phone and to prove how disorganized they are! I got approved for a loan modification and they still call acting like nothing happend.
If you dont like my posts then DONT WATCH THEM !!
