I know this is a old video :P but my best is 04:02.13 but if you see the czech plugin page. the wr ir 3:44 and That I think is just impossible with normal setup normal car. and even below 4:00 seem like crazy stuff :P

4:14 is definitely possible.

I've done 4:19 and still had plenty of room to spare.

Know exactly what speed to take each turn, and hammer it hard in the straights. 

Just keep practicing ;)
