This will take a while to interpret. Here's what I got from it:

-Stacy is the name of the cop that found him speeding*

-He was alone the whole time during the crash

*Stacy, his sister, came as a false memory from the accident

But what about the grave...? Maybe HE was already dead, trying to make sense of it?

@SkillageFTW Yep, you got it! And the gravestone is not clearly shown at the end to serve as an "Inception"-style open ended cliffhanger. Although it's not really open ended, it just seems that way.
