I know this is California, but this looks very much like diving off the New Jersey coast, and also Lake Ontario. I used the HD321 in a quarry on New Years eve, and had a blast. I see you took yours way past the rated depth. Mine is rated to 115', but much of the diving off Jersey is in the 130' range. I wonder if I'd have as much good luck as you did by taking it past the rated depth.

This was a Liquid Image 310 preproduction prototype. The folks at Liquid Image told us the mask would definitely be able to handle the depth (around 90 feet), and it did. We did several more dives at the Ruby E and the Yukon (also around 90 feet). I think the mask itself can handle just about any depth; the difference between the various masks is how the buttons and seals handle the pressure. The HD321 can definitely handle the 130 range.

It is only rated 33, but we had it down to almost 100. No problems. We also just took the new blue HD videomask sharkdiving down to about 120.
