This is Windows 95 emulating on the PSP using DOSBox, runs 3x faster than PSP Bochs. It is compatible with PSP Slim, so all PSP with official firmware 1.5 or custom firmware can do this.

u need to flash it with custom firmware for it to be able to run unsigned code

Yes it can be the phat or slim although because the slim has more ram it will run faster but I believe in that video i had the phat ( I now have slim)
