With 99 Frogs, you get to fight Quale, which is my last of the optional bosses. And this one is by far the easisest. Quale attacks, uses status effects, or uses water attacks. The Ribbon absorbs water damage. All of the status effects can either be guarded against or don't make a difference. And with high defense, Quale's physical attack won't KO anyone except maybe Steiner.

Quale is weak against Thunder. With the Flash Hat giving a boost to Thunder damage, the low end of Vivi's Thundaga comes very close to the damage limit. And as you can see in the video, Vivi never gets the low end. Since this is so easy, I take the time to steal all of Quale's stuff. Quina is on standby to take care of a Mini, which never happened.

I do the same here that I did with Eiko against Ozma. Steiner gains 31 levels, which takes care of his need for the Maximillian. And Quina gets his/her ultimate weapon.

This will be the last frog catching I'll record, I won't bore you with anymore of them.

What effect does Lord of Robes have on the characters who are fighting?

A lot of good stats, and reduces Wind damage by 100%. It also has the highest Defense of any armor that all of the spellcasters can wear.

Final comment, but actually more of a question...

Where's the King of Jump Rope? Did I just not see it or did you not load it? I find it very hard to believe that you would omit that as everything else seems to be covered. Perhaps you could also load the video where you make the final inventory run down and make your last save.

I'm very far from finished with all of this. I haven't done King of Jump Rope yet. I can do it, I just haven't bothered yet. Still have quite a few other things to do.

Sorry one more thing, whats the best way to inflict your characters with Virus?

The best way is to fight a Chimera in Memoria. Equip Body Temp and Antibody. Have a character attack the Chimera. It will perform a triple counter. First it will inflict Venom Breath, which you'll be immune to. Then Cold Breath, which you'll be immune to. Finally, it will perform Virus Crunch, which will inflict Virus. Then either win or run.
