Maxwell Smart (Steve Carell of TV's THE OFFICE) is on a mission to thwart the latest plot for world domination by the evil crime syndicate known as KAOS. When the headquarters of U.S. spy agency Control is attacked and the identities of its agents compromised, the Chief (Alan Arkin) has no choice but to promote his ever-eager analyst Maxwell Smart, who has always dreamt of working in the field alongside stalwart superstar Agent 23 (Dwayne Johnson). Smart is partnered instead with the lovely-but-lethal veteran Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway). Given little field experience and even less time, Smart--armed with nothing but a few spy-tech gadgets and his unbridled enthusiasm--must thwart the doomsday plans of KAOS head Siegfried (Terence Stamp). • 1:39 is that the guy from Borat?

  • i <3 this film!!!

  • @haleyteddy03 she was really hot in here, she was hot in Love & Other Drugs too. But she was wild in Havoc!

  • 18 people thought this movie was called Get Stupid

  • Johnny English Part 2 ?

  • @Neville6000 You just insulted him then by spelling his name with a double d.

  • i just saww this yesterday on tv

  • @skypopy: The only FAIL here is you and the rest of the whiners trapped in the past that can't go forward and like this new movie.

  • @vonnycav: I did not 'insult' Don Addams, Barbara Feldon, Edward Platt, or anybody else on the old show. Also, I was not aware the deceased Mr. Addams would or could feel anything over this movie, since even when he was alive, he wanted to escape the typecasting that Maxwell Smart/Agent 86 had put his career into. As well, Steve Carell conveyed Max's bumbling very well, and was quite funny as Max-it was just a different kind of funny the than original show. If you couldn't see past that...

  • @Neville6000 That's true. You didn't insult me, but you did insult Don Adams (as did the people who made this film), and that's worse.
