This is the Dad, aka Waa-toe-gala Oak-Shilla (His original Sioux Name). His son was in some of his movies too. It was Hall JR that did Wild Guitar, but Sr. wrote it and was also in it.

Did you check out "The Sadist" (That's my favorite Hall flick), then maybe Nasty Rabbit.
