Since my video "Bacon For Batchelors" was such a "hit," I decided a sequel was in order. I only eat once a day (since I was a teenager) so evey meal is technically "breakfast." Thus the name "brinner." In this Part, I finish up with the eggs.

Bon appitite!

(I left the eggs on about 5 seconds too long after I flipped them). It was a fine dinner with a glass of skim milk!

  • Very interesting video. I still do the wrong thing and use butter when I make my eggs, rather than oils. Although I can see in your video that is is faster and easier than butter because you can just pour it. You don't have to melt the butter first.

    Again. Very interesting.

  • I often do use butter or margarine (I think margarine has better flavor and is less "tricky" than butter) but with a VERY high heat you have to really "stay on top of things" to avoid burning. I used oil because I was making a video and wanted to avoid any problems that could be avoided.

  • Dang that looked like the perfect bacon

  • Butter isn't as tricky as people think all you need is real butter not margerine and a good eye.

    With non stick pans you don't need to worry about the egg sticking just the flavor of the egg.

  • It looks good. The bacon is a bit fatty for me ... looks like there's not much meat on it.

    But that is 'feel good' food I am glad to see you comforting yourself.
