McCain got the news media to buy into forcing Obama to disown Wesley Clark, who was always a close Clinton surrogate, not an Obama surrogate.
Why isn't the news media doing the same thing here when we have a clear surrogate -- the architect of McCain's economic policy -- of John McCain smearing the American people?
