  • @sickcombos Actual Speed you mean the instantaneous speed at a infinitesimally small time interval. Average speed involves only 2 points. It does not give you a detailed view , but an overview of your speed. It is not a reasonable speed and is not very accurate to your speed in between the measured points between the two times intervals However Actual/ Speed at an instant depends only on one point, and this is measured by a slope of a tangent line. Hope this helps!

    Speed is the speed you are doing at a particular time. Average speed is the average speed you travel at over a period of time.
