I didnt really understand where you were coming from. IC 4 many is so debiliitating severe urge incontinence! but Im assuming you are aiming this at mild ic. Most People with bad ic cant drive around looking for a loo. They simply don't have the time to find one, they would be on the floor in agony after all that. They certainly don't have the lux of pickin a clean bathroom, when they have to go, they have to go NOW. Going where ever they can ( roadsides or in the car)
