@myndmelt i save it and show the customer. it makes people feel all warm and toasty inside seeing a physical difference made. most of my customers were sold this service over the phone as the machine was dropped off for other reasons (i.e. virus removal, upgrade, etc) so they were most likely unaware how bad it was.
