Well said. This is not a video putting one race against another. There is a saying that anarchy is only 9 meals away. That said, when a socio economic class of people who have become dependent on the government for a large portion of their income find themselves with that level of existence cut drastically, they will react violently out of lack of control of their situation. Also those with criminal element will see this as an opportunity to loot, maim and kill.
