@johnmclabestia: NO! ProTools only works with specific pieces of hardware. Thats how they get cha! Pro-tools is very proprietary and closed. You can't use any ole great interface, like you can with every other DAW app. With P-T you can only use ones that they have "cleared for take off" already.
