that's a mistake. the voice is clearly that of sin si samouth.
btw, that's not 2 put down ieng nary. he was very good 2. in 1974 or 1975, when he appreared on the scene, it was agreed that he was goin' 2 inherit the throne from sin si samouth. sadly 4 him, the country fell in2 the murderous regime of the murderous khmer rouge. & all ended 4 him.
