@girlygirl8474 Well, honestly, I don't think ethnicity matters and it shouldn't matter that you can't communicate in Vietnamese with the other workers. I'm sure they can communicate with you in English. However, I do know that it is more difficult to get a job at a little salon. I recommend trying to find a job like a big nail salon, like one in a mall.

I don't remember exactly how many months. i wanna say like 6? i had to complete 600 hrs. i'm not sure about the tuition, my parents paid for it; but on the school site it said between 3000 to 4000 for just a nail license. You have to remember that different states have different requirements. (Like where you live might require more/less hours) Also the tuition of each school varies.

That's awesome that u work in a nail salon and you can get ur nails done all the time ! Lol
How many months did u have to go to nail school for that and how much was it if u don't mind me asking. I want to do it so bad but my only thought was well I'm 1/2 Korean, 1/2 white and I know most nail salons around here have Vietnamese employees. Since I can't speak it, I'm afraid they wouldn't hire me :(. But who knows.
