Hello Dhachi Yam Budha! After meditation should there be a way to become physically grounded after this kind of meditation? Do you always have control of when you choose to leave? And are we astral when we sleep n dream? I am still interested in doing this meditation I just also desire knowing I will have control of my senses afterwards. I do not want to just drift away when falling asleep. Or is all I am concerned about taken care of with this sitting position? Thank you.

ive been trying binural beats but they seem to be too annoying to actually fall asleep to. and if i do manage to sleep thru it well I just sleep. any good beats recommended (that can be found on youtube here) thanks

@bkzsoulja - The firat time I did it was when I simply fell to sleep with a 3 hour audio book playing. Some how it woke me up but kept me a sleep. Next thing I knew I was flying through a tunnel of light.

Hi I just found your page and really like your videos :) I have a question though in one of your other videos in which you talk about opening the 3rd eye you mentioned that one should not attempt to astral project until feeling ones kundalini? I have done astral projection but am never conscious of actually leaving my body, but am aware when I have already projected. Is this dangerous for me since I have no past experience with kundalini meditations? Thank you!

This sounds like an amazing technique which I am planning on trying out. The only thing I am wondering about though is that this sounds like it could be very ungrounding for your body when you come back. Any tips on how to stay just as grounded as you were before when you come back?

@JacobSchafferMusic Practice... as well if you feel ungrounded, do the root chakra practice I showed with the breath of fire working the standard way. You can also chew some nuts after re-grounding in the root chakra. With practice I find this techniques allows me to re-ground very easily compared to the others available. Though can require a deeper understanding of the kundalini.

Great video brother but i must inform you and the souls that tune into this video that the breath of fire you teach is completely incorrect: On the in-breath the navel must go OUT, and on the out-breath must pump IN. Doing it opposite, the way you teach, is called paradoxical breathing, and is forceful, unnatural, and damaging to the diaphragm, navel point, and 3rd chakra.

@SatNaamJot interesting and thank you. However, when you do the breath of fire in reverse you reverse the flow of kundalini at the 3rd chakra. Blocking it and causing a reversal that gives concentration at the root I was talking about. As I do the breath of fire the correct way it does not produce this same effect on the flow of K. Thanks 4 the correction and bringing this to light. It may be forceful but is helpful and not harmful to be able to shift assemblage point & dimensional focus.

@SatNaamJot IN ALL STANDARD KUNDALINI YOGA MOVEMENT PLEASE USE THE 'CORRECT' BREATH OF FIRE** Reverse kundalini is not something you want to do to build energy but works good to dislodge it.

There are some parts of this video that I do not understand, could you please explain like about the start where you are talking about the meditative position and state?

@xmasmaster06 The lotus or half lotus is good... if you need to ease into stretching your hips you may just sit indian style and practice the fire breathe. Also during the time where you are unlocking the root chakra... you may wish to contract and relax your anus muscle. This will bring focus to root chakra and when you stop and do the arm movements... you may have better chance at unlocking it. Namaste!
