FOX News TV Segment on CA Energy Commission's TV Ban

FOX News (National) segment on the California Energy Commissions proposed regulations to ban 25% of LCD and plasma big screen TVs from being sold in California. The regulation is expected to destroy 4,600 jobs and cost California $50 million a year in lost tax revenue.
