  • Thank you! Much appreciated... and glad to hear that you are enjoying the vids!

  • if you have rocks would that work better then the throwing stick?

  • Depends on how good of a shot you are... I think the stick is easier to hit with.

  • here is the best way to trow a stick, TROW IT!!! LOL!

  • this was a great lesson to no, thank u.

Im tryin to learn all posable survival technics, so when the soon comin apocolyps arives, i can stay alive and support my family.

  • @sharpshot9684 what do u eat on a kangaroo

  • @MrRyantlange sorry, that's in reference to using rocks.

  • @HedgehogLeatherworks it's not just that...it's like throwing a spear vs. using an atlatl, which means a little more velocity with the extra wrist flick. Now, a rock will cause more damage, but I don't know if you've ever thrown rocks at seagulls, but they see it coming because it's pretty slow, and you're covering a lot more cubic inches since it's spinning. The "vertical" method would be the hardest though I think, like a football, if you hit the ground, it's going to start bouncing.

  • i tried this skill today...and went at it for hours. thanks for showing an innvaluble survival skill!

  • Great video

  • well done/.
