Heigan Dance Lessons For Your Pet

Keeping your pet alive on Heigan in Naxxramas! It involves the Improved Mend Pet talent so... it's better suited for Beast Masters (though it helps to have a ton of melee DPS so your healers are frequently spamming Wild Growth/Circle of Healing... and it also helps when the person calling out diseases calls out your pet too...)

I make no apologies for the following:
1.) My Cluttered UI
2.) The super campy songs (I have a weird sense of humor, ok?) although really the second song is just classic.
3.) Me failing on my shot rotation in certain places-- I was super paranoid that my pet would die and mess up my movie so I was sort of over-focusing on him. ^_^

Thats not true mate, I've been out dps-ing SV and MM hunters for ages now, with same spec gear as them. Get the shot rotation correct and I'm laughing :D

even before the Bm buff I was outdpsing everyone in raid with a bm hunter without pet damage at all ( we position heigan at one corner and the ranged at the other and just burn burn burn phase 1 and dance normal phase 2). The problem with that strat is you are not in los of your pet and your pet positions itself in the green fire so best if u just have a wolf sittin with you- I just didn't want to waste a stable cooldown on something I always rock anyway

I'm a marksmanship hunter, level 60, started playing WoW for the first time about four months ago... I'm really enjoying it and I'm really looking forward to raiding, especially Naxx, and I'm wondering if the marks build can still work with keeping my pet alive? I really hope so, I rather love my spec.

ya but if you compare equally geared BM and Survival hunter dps in naxx even if the BM hunters pet doesnt die once the Survival will win by a long shot

omg tawyn your awesome...lately ive picked up wow again and am looking forward to raiding ( currently lvl 74 hunter ) naxx looks so fun.. i have no idea since im from bc times

I have a level 80 druid that clears Naxx25 every week. Everytime I do it I watch the hunters pets get owned. That worries me because I have a level 75 hunter that is swiftly approaching 80.

I was so worried about my pet getting owned on this boss that i was considering switching to Survival because of my low dps due to my pet getting owned... But this video shows it IS possible to be a BM hunter in Naxxramas :)
