REMEMBERING KELLI WHO WAS KILLED BY TWO UNDERAGE DRUNK DRIVERS & THE 3 "ADULTS" THAT PROVIDED ALCOHOL TO MINORS WHO WERE NEVER CHARGED BECAUSE NO ONE IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA GAVE A CRAP.

THEY STILL DONT OR THEY WOULD INTRODUCE "KELLI'S LAW" BUT I CANT GET NOT ONE SENATOR IN THIS STATE TO RETURN MY MAIL. NUMBER 2 IN THE NATION FOR DUI FATALITIES- NOW I KNOW WHY.

the SC HP is the only state in the nation that does not carry a field breathalyzer. "kelli's law" is to make them carry one. as that is the excuse they used not to charge the other underage drunk driver.

In philly,my town,two girls were hit by a drunk driver driving a fucking truck!this happened years ago,butthere is a memorial to them in the exact spot they were hit.it hasn't been moved and nothing as been stolen.I wish people could do something nice like his for everyone who gets hit by a drunk sriver or something like that.R.I.P Kelli

My best friend and her two babies(3 years old and 11months old) were killed by a drunk driver last november. The pain is still fresh and deep. I just wanted to encourage all the family and friends of victims to keep speaking and reaching out, trying to change the laws, so that justice is served on behalf of these innocent lives. One day we will all be heard, and their deaths won't have been in vain. Missing them EVERYDAY...RIP!

I cannot imagine a mother categorizing her daughter as drunken driving casualty.Crude language a narrowness of approach are demeaning to the victims of that tragedy. How about whole culture of the young left to their own devices, in money grabbing, gasoline guzzling, merchandise piling world of their parents. Drugs and alcohol seem to be readily available vents of nagging frustration with that landscape of hypocrites expecting their offspring to be just the same as themselves.
