The hair did not need to be cut at all, but what she needed was a makeover, but not the type this salon would give, but the type that someone such as user/DelyriaPhoto would give her and maybe some really cool clothes and jewelry to match!
this look is so dated anyway and it's time to embrace the goth look ladies instead of the preppie look of yesteryear which this definitely is!
