Yea but apart from block damage being nurfed this one is only good for a bit of chip damage nowdays ,if you do it the normal way u can still get almost 50% either way that he wont block right

This was back when Blanka was decent before they nurfed his ballz and his Ultra did loads of damage even on block

blanka's ultra does very great damage when it hits. i don't see the point in wasting it in chip damage. it's a lot better when using up close to a standing opponent and let them get confused on how to block it.

ryu can easily super that right after. ryu's super is one of the faster move in the game. he can even do a super if someone jump on his fireball from across the screen. but it is a great video. totally would use it to cheese people out. that blocked damage is the most i ever seen
