Baika (Sanbo Gowasan)

Professor-Mestre de Baika (música budista), Testuyû Yasuda Sensei, abade do templo Shoinji em Chiba, Japão, canta a música "Sanbô Gowasan" (Canção dos Três Tesouros) durante sua palestra no dia 13 de junho de 2008, em visita especial à Sanga Águas da Compaixão de Porto Alegre.
Esta visita foi possível devido ao apoio do Superintendente para a América do Sul, Saikawa Roshi Sôkan, do Templo Busshinji de São Paulo e do escritório central (Shumuchô) de nossa Escola Soto Zen, no Japão.
Está previsto visita de professores-mestres de baika todo ano, para palestra e oficina. A prática de baika é uma atividade regular mensal da Sanga Águas da Compaixão, orientada pela Monja Isshin. É aberto a todos os interessados, independente de sua experiência anterior, talento musical ou credo religioso. Entre em contato conosco para maiores informações.

The Master Baika Teacher, Testuyû Yasuda Sensei, abbot of the Shoinji Temple in Chiba, Japan, sings the Song of the Three Treasures ("Sanbô Gowasan") during his lectura on June 13, 2008, while on special visit to the Sanga Águas da Compaixão in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil.
This visit was possible thanks to the support of the Sperintendant for South America, Saikawa Roshi Sôkan, of the Busshinji Temple Busshinji in São Paulo and the central offices (Shumuchô) of our Soto Zen school, in Japan.
The group expects to receive visits by Master Teachers of Baika each year for lectures and workshops. The practice of Baika is a regular monthly activity of the Sanga Águas da Compaixão, under the leadership of the Zen Buddhist nun Monja Isshin. All are welcome, regardless of previous experience, musical talent or religious beliefs. Contact us for more information.
