I made it through a 90 day workout program, surpassed my goals and am so content with my health and fitness success. So, its understandable to take time off and quit working out cuz Im not motivated anymore, right? How does one get that groove back?

  • Thanks Lori! You know... I am four workouts behind on One on One. I need to open them and try them. Funny how we just get into a groove and time slips by. Thanks for the tip on the Recovery disc. Obviously I have topics for future videos!

    Another suggestion would be: One on One "Recovery 4 Results" another great workout for when you're not really "in it" that day.

    Many times, I've had to shut off the "mind chatter" and just push play. It usually only takes 5 minutes and I'm all set to continue and CRUSH that workout. Just do it, people! Stop arguing with yourself and Just Push Play! You'll be glad you did! Thanks again, Perry! :)
