I think whoever plays Rosalie should definitely be played by a seasoned actress. Someone who can take her attitude and make a really complex character. As for beauty and looks she'd need to look like she just stepped out from the 1940s. Just like Esme needs to look like a Victorian doll. Plus we need to remember Rosalie was pretty young when she was changed.

I definitely like the idea of an unknown playing Jacob. I don't know why, but it appeals to me greatly :) As for everyone else, I haven't the slightest idea.

Well, we won't have to worry about picking someone for Jacob. They are going to have open casting in Portland, Oregon. Which makes me happy because I live very close to Portland!

I agree that Charlie is probably not the best father to Bella but I don't hate him. I feel sorry for him because he doesn't understand the relationship between Bella and Edward and because of this it makes it even harder for him to be a good parent towards Bella (which he would have a hard enough time doing anyway). I'm not good with the casting thing so I'm just going to say think it would be interesting if Emily Browning played Alice.

They put out an open casting call for a Native American actor between 16-18 to play Jacob, so I doubt it will be anyone we know.

I watched 'The Covenant' today and throughout the movie I was drooling over Steven Strait. In my eyes, he's the perfect Jacob.
HOWEVA:
I'd like to see an unknown play Jacob. It'd be new, and fun, and interesting.

I think Steven Strait should play Jacob. He played Warren Peace in Sky high (he had long hair in that movie) and Caleb Danvers in The Covenant. I think he would be perfect for Jacob.

I've been talking to people and my friends who read twilight think that Keira Knightley should play Rosalie. I actually agree. it would be kind of really cool.
