The Jonas Brothers new house!!

The Jonas Brothers reportedly bought a house in a Dallas-Fort Worth suburb — and some young neighbors sound thrilled.

Tarrant County records obtained by The Dallas Morning News indicate that the three band members granted power of attorney to their mother, Denise Jonas, to buy a $2.8 million, six-bedroom house in Vaquero, a gated community in the suburb of Westlake. The documents were signed June 12.

A real estate agent confirmed the house's sale but said the contract prevented her from commenting further. A publicist for the band, which began a nationwide tour last month, declined to comment.

"Yeah, I heard they are moving into the area!" 9-year-old Emily Clark said with wide eyes as she jumped out of the pool at Westlake's Solana Club. They're coming in three months, she said with an air of certainty.

The exclusive neighborhood already includes major leaguer Mark Teixeira, former star quarterbacks Drew Bledsoe and Terry Bradshaw, not to mention several pro golfers.

Former British Open champion Brian Watts discovered he might have new neighbors when he returned from Japan.

"I didn't even know who the Jonas Brothers were or what kind of music they played," Watts said. "But my wife and kids were enthralled.'"

The brother, 15-year-old Ncik, was born in Dallas but grew up in New Jersey with brothers Joe, 18, and Kevin, 20. They live in Los Angeles County now.

they live in south lake or something like that i know that for a fact and btw this house yes it is huge but that's not something unusual for houses in taxes. its really cheep to live down here for a house like that in texas maybe 500- 700 thousand whereas it would be worth like a couple mil in la or new york. just saying. and i went into this neighborhood before they moved there cuz of my dads work, quite a nice neighborhood

@Fweda998 I just happened across the video when I did a Youtube search for Gloria Swanson. It appears that these Jonas Bros have bought a house where Gloria and Joe Kennedy carried on a secret liaison. No, I'd never heard of the Jonas Bros before that. No everyone in the world has a TV etc. There's no reason why I should have heard of them especially as I live in the deepest, darkest jungles of Africa!
