Lol, sometimes when I meditate I start seeing things clearer than physical vision. Many times I feel like my body floats and stuff XD

First time trying it...I find my mind wanders off so easily. I'm able to maintain peace for a short time before losing concentration again. I'm confident I'll be able to improve the more I do this though.

Love it. Im married with 3 kids. Me and my son have ADHD and my other kids are just kids needing to dianosed my husband is a big baby. So finding this video and take 5 minutes out of my crazy life makes a major difference loved it. After i get the hang of it im going to teach my kids how to do it

@chof09 use a wall for your back, more important to be able to breath and have a mostly straight line on back.



I can't sit straight if I am totally relaxed, is sitting straight important? If I sit straight my back is not relaxed.
