@ellisth you said it! endgame fighting... when all of your spells are already maxed, and actually it's not much better at all for ganks, on lane however, it's better.

why do people like pheonix so much? yes its faster jungle but tiger is sooooo much better for endgame fighting and ganks

@astrophobicidal not for that much. You'd have to know how to build one yourself or have a friend that can build one for you. Even then you'd have to pretty much luck out on the prices for quality hardware that's fast enough for effective gaming and video editing. Web surfing has to do with your network, not your computer speed. You're probably looking at spending somewhere between $1,500-$1,800 for a PC that has comfortable pro video editing capabilities and a smooth gaming experience.
