  • Why can't girls like her get praise? She's intelligent, she'll make you like math, she graduated from college and has a degree, she does not have a trashy reputation and she's a beautiful woman...

...instead we hear news flashes about Britney on the verge of a nervous breakdown and how she forgot to wear panties when she went out today...

  • Finally, someone a superstar whom everybody (especially young girls) can look up to. I'm sick and tired of hearing Lindsay, Paris, Britney, and Amy Wino in the news. Danica is news Hollywood can use!

  • Boy this is really stupid, I mean let's get honest her looking that way and Tavis Smiley, do you think anybody is thinking about math and her math skills. Even Tavis is going damn she's smokin!

  • Yeah she's hot. She can teach me anything.

  • Winny!!!

  • I appreciate what she is trying to do, but really we need to teach children that mathematics is much more than just arithmetic. I wouldn't say that arithmetic excites too many people on its own; only about the same proportion of the population who would be excited to learn only the alphabet, without ever seeing words, sentences, or literature.

  • I have to agree with Danica McKellar with everything that she said with this clip. As a former math teacher, I had to combat with the negative attention that math has today plus other things involving education. If you think about it, to give math a better reputation, provide some real-life examples to interest more people just to have them think more.

  • I became good at math by involving myself with baseball and its endless statistics

  • with a teacher like her all her male student would keep failling the course just for seeing her.lol

  • A great way to develop maths ability is to get a gambling addiction. ( Do not do this or you will be sad 34 year old bearded loser )

  • *Sigh* If I could be a kid again, oh how I would love to have her as my math teacher!

  • Growing up, I only had one great Math Teacher. The rest were Bullies. Not that it matters but many of them came from foreign countries and thought that because they were taught a certain way, their students should be taught like that. I remember a friend of mine crying like a baby because she didn't understand how to do the Math Test she was given but the Teacher was a Grade A Beyotch. If she did now what she did then, she would have been fired.
