Een combinatie van Fitness en Hardlopen voor iedereen. Voor beginners in 12 weken 12 minuten leren hardlopen. Voor gevorderden en getrainde lopers interval en korte duurlopen. Voor niveau 1, 2, en 3 gaat dit in combinatie met fitness en na afloop van elke training 15min. buikspieren oefeningen.
