Hear hear. I have been saying that about similar shows for years. I absolutely cannot stomach them and I can't understand why people allow themselves to believe it's entertaining. It's not entertaining, it's gut-wrenching.
On another note, how is it that this guy barely ages?? It's because he's so wonderful, isn't it? Very well, I shall be wonderful too! :)

Well Michael, i was on Britains Got Talent once, did it for a laugh. But i agree with you about it being morally pepugnant, the redicule goes too far !! I love it that you have such a kind heart, and care so much about people. P.S. Ive met you in the flesh, you helped with the photo of us outside The Lyceum in 2009. (Debbie) I admire youre warm heart so much... dunno if youll ever read this.. but just in case ive left this. xxx

He is so right about the Casting shows. That is why he does theater, which I completly understand, there is no better form of art than a live performance, with the aura of the moment - unrepeatable. And the casting shows feed the illusion, that everybody can become a star only by looking good and the participants become the Truemans. It is a sick time in television.
But - to write something positiv - Micheal Pread is adorable elequent and still unbelievable handsome!
