This is a recording of a game of North & South between my friend and I. North & South is an NES game released in 1990, which is a port of a PC version released in 1989, which is based off of a popular Belgian comic strip. Though its graphics are primitive in comparison to more recent games, it is nonetheless a simple and enjoyable game regardless of its age.

What are you calling bullshit on? Caramon is right. There's a documentary about Stonewall Jackson defying Virginian law and teaching African Americans how to read and write. There's also a book called "Stonewall Jackson: the Black Man's Friend."

As for regiments, Tiger is right. But some Confederates like Nathan Bedford Forest mixed black soldiers in. Instances like this occurred without any official sanctions from the CSA government.

1st time when i played this for almost 4 hours i did lose to South

2nd time i lost right away

3rd time i managed to beat South in 1 hour

and you even if i lose to cpu i still love this game so much

@caramon927 the CSA had regiments, but CSA didn't sanction it until the end of the war.
