Sorry I didn't have enough time to tell you all this! So here is the extra information:
I've struggled with acne for four years now. I've tried tons of different products, from drug store to more expensive brands. No matter what, it always comes back! Obviously acne can be caused by things on your skin, under your skin, and even outside of your skin (like the air). These are just the products that I'm going to be using, and unless I find that this routine gets rid of pimples to my standards, I will introduce you to new products and let you know how they work for me. I have normal skin, that can get oily on hot days (more likely that its sweat). My skin only dries when I over use products with "Acids" in them, or products meant especially for acne. I picked all these products on my own, and hope that you guys can try them and let me now your results as well!
Products:
Noxema Clean Blemish Control Daily Scrub- 5 oz for $6. This has added moisturizers, salicylic acid, and is free of oils and alcohol. The scrub is so fine, that it can be used every day! Its formulated especially for adult skin. I use this every morning, and you can use it every night as well. If you notice your skin drying, then try and ease off this product.
Eau Roma Water by Lush- $6-8. This is a water with lavender and rose. It helps to soften the skin, get off excess bacteria, and "tone" your skin. It comes in a spritzer container which helps to evenly spread it without touching your skin.
Orgins A Perfect World White Tea Skin Guardian- I dont know the price as right now I am using the samples. This product softens my skin immensely, and is supposed to "guard your skin" from the outside problems. This product is not especially for acne.
Clean & Clear Oil Free Morning Glow Moisturizer- $5. This product helps keep your skin soft, and not try. Using acne products can dry out your skin so its important to moisturize. This product has SPF 15, to protect you from the sun as well. The morning glow part gives your skin a smoother, brighter /appearance/.
I use a perscribed acne gel called Clindamycin Phosphate. This is perscribed, so unless you go to your doctor you cant get your hands on this. I recommend going to the drug store, and finding any "On spot" acne treatment. This can dry skin, so remember to moisturize...
In the morning: Acne Wash. Eau Roma Water. Gaurdian. Moisturizer.
At night: GENTLE face wash, or acne wash. Roma water. On spot treatment.
Besides these products, drinking lots of water, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, taking vitamins daily, eating lots of vegetables rich in vitamins and nutrients, and having a healthy diet will help decrease acne. Exercising, saunas, and anything else that can help you sweat out toxins is also great.
now I remember why I subscribed to you... cause I'm a fan of girls with lip rings!! what happened to yours?
