This trailer, at the beginning, reminds me strangely of Kentucky Fried Movie-- it must be a 70s style thing. It's still worth watching the video, but *much more worthwhile* watching the movie, which has nothing but great performances from Connery, Brian Keith, Candy Bergen when she was young and hawt, and also the supporting cast, known and unknown. (Loved the Prussian officer.)

Sean connery is such a brilliant actor, this movie depicts more than fiction or non fiction as we cal it, it tells a story, each character represents different issues and how they correspond and dominate eachother hence 'the wind and the lion', both powerful and able to make anyone or anything for that matter faulter to it

I like these douchebags who feel they're historical experts because they've watched some documentary on The History Channel and now they think they're being smart by saying things like, "That's not factually accurate!"
Yeah? No shit. It's a fucking movie.

This movie contained so many historical inaccuracies it made Braveheart look like factual storytelling.

Good job at noticing you're watching a movie and not a documentary. I'm sure you'll impress the paste-eating crowd.
