@ricoadventuravideos To be fair, cross-contour is not about value, it's about form and seeing through the form like a wire-frame. Value is another subject.

You and Beverly need to add many, many more drawing videos. There is no better education that one can get at Otis. Especially figural and still life.

Less meetings and speaking engagments and more concrete art technique videos PLEASE !

im not trying to be a hater here but i sat through this video at one in the morning hoping that it would be more about hatching in cross contour but instead the video is mostly about proportion and laying out a picture at the end it barely attacks the issue at hand which is value.
