4) the observation that strata form quickly and hydrology tests which demonstrate that stratification is a rapid proces
5) folded mountains and erratic boulders locked inside sedimantary strata inside mountains
6) polystrate fossils (both plant and animal)
7) lack of perdition in the strata
...and many other evidences!

Uniformitarianism is discredited by many evidenced in science, including:
1) the salination rate of the oceans
2) the erosion rates of the continents and coasts
3) the rate at which the earth's magnetic field is decaying

I would add that one of the arguments that Gold and Hoyle used against Gamow when they were debating cosmology was that Big Bang was a creationist explanation while Steady State was scientific, because the Big Bang was catastrophism to the nth degree.
