Has the mint even released the 2009 business strike dimes and nickels yet? @coinman1361 Wikipedia has an article on the copper content on US pennies under the title "Penny (United States coin)" .Pennies 1982 and since have only 2.5% copper.1944 to 1982 were 95% copper,
