Video showing the performance uphill of 48V 10AH LiFePO4 batteries on an electric bike using Crystalyte 5303 (Phoenix Racer) motor. Bike reaches 40mph maximum speed. 10AH LiFePO4 battery has 2000 cycles life, range over 20 miles without pedaling at 20mph, over 30 miles with light pedaling, 14.5lbs heavy, dimensions 8"x12"x4" (WxLxH).

  • I am sorry I forgot to reply. I actually have two 10Ah that I can connect in parallel. In any case, I very rarely exceed 20mph.

  • With a 35A controller and only a 10Ah pack are you not worried at top speed you will be damaging your battery life? Max discharge current for 10Ah LiFePO4's is usually about 20A and anything more than that will decease longevity...? you are likely to be pulling out about 30A's continuous at those speeds. Do you have a cycle analyst?

  • The controller is a 35amps Crystalyte controller

  • what's the amp rating of your controller?
