What would the world be like, if there was a "special" unit of people who made it their duty to police the poor etiquette use of mobile phone users?

An unfortunate incident & a slight twist of fate some years earlier, has caused Jim to suffer from a mild case of amnesia, thus leading him to believe, his new life's purpose.

We join our over-zealous mobile phone officer, Jim (Shaun McKean), & his trusty, albeit naive partner Matt (Caleb Alloway), in this action comedy. As they attempt to bring those who use their mobile phones inconsiderately, in today's society, to justice!
