Roger Mahoney and Bernard Law should be excluded from the conclave for obvious reasons.

With 116 electors, a Cardinal will need 77 or 78 (2/3 majority + 1) votes to be elected Pope. Should the number of electors go down to 114, a Cardinal will need 76 or 77 votes. Anway, 77 is the current magic number to be elected at this time.
