Join us as we converse on all things music, recording, his solo record and the weapons of aural destruction that has made him one of the greatest guitarists to ever live. • @igrenade Whinny much?????? sure looks that way,

  • That sounds gay getting turned on to a guitar

  • @Deltarogers Pardon my last comment. After further reading, you are correct, Derrig is a 58 reissue, made to look like a 59.

  • @Deltarogers The Derrig one is a 59, the Max is 60. Theres a great thread on these two guitas on the My Les Paul Forum homepage.

  • @yourdayga Slash pwns Dave. Slash has not only better solos than Dave, he has made better music than Dave.

  • That guitar is 1958 Les Paul Replica (built by Kris Derigg) along with his other replica which was a 1959 Les Paul (known as the MAX Les Paul, seen in Welcome to the Jungle video). From 1987 until late spring of 1988 (when Guns explosed) He pretty much had those guitars on the road (SEE the RITZ show). When the money started rolling in, he went to Gibson and bought two 88 Standards, which were his first real Gibson Les Pauls. The "Sweet Child O' Mine" video was the first to use see one of them.

  • @AntiReal2010 where?

  • @RockingHardV3 he's using a Les Paul Axcess
