Hey a bill hicks tribute song that I've come across and really liked was Nothing Changes by David and Alan Doran (Played by David Doran). Its a very beautiful tune.I thought it was was a Bill Hicks tune at first. Honestly from my perspective this song seems insincere. The only requirement for a song to be considered good to me is that the artist "plays from their fucking heart." Wavesmag simply has balls.

Hey there Foxes, the music seems catchy, but I'm not really into 'indy' music and the lyrics seem kind of bland (No real originality from either the video nor the song) but then again I'm not really into 'indy'... What I see here is a good idea but I don't think the film clip or lyrics really buy into what bill was talking about when he said "play from your fucking heart." I'd have to agree with BrziJoe on this one, it looks way too MTV friendly and it seems you're trying to make a profit.

@wavesmag Hey, thanks for watching our tribute to Bill. To respond to your points, we spend thousands of our own money on recording the song and making the video - we knew we'd never get it back but did it for the love of our music and for Bill. I wrote the lyrics from my own perspective to try to encapsulate what Bill's comedy and views had done for me. It's my own viewpoint which I wouldn't expect everyone to agree with, and isn't just about "playing from your fucking heart". Cheers, Nigel.
