just wondering, but could you see the '69 lunar landing/equipment on the moon's surface with a telescope like yours?

I very much doubt it as even the small crators I can see must be 20 miles across so to spot a car sized object would take a bigger scope maybe John Lenard Walson could with his 8" mead but it would only show as a speck even for him.

Many thanks this was very hard to get theses pictures as the camera would not always focus on the moon, I need a proper telescope camera holder.

I also made a video of moon with my handy cam and a 6"newton telescope.

If you want better quality use a magnifying glass between handy and okular of the telescope.Picture will be bigger and you can chose distance to the magnifyier to change zoom.

If blooming appears,you should hide a little bit of the objective.

The result is,that you can see more details of moon and have a higher quality.

If you're interested you can also change some parameters of the handy cam to see special objects.
