This is a video of my progress from my 10 week Powerlifting program for the bench press. My touch and go went up 25lbs and my pause so far has gone up 15 lbs. My progress has a lot to do with my workout partners.

  • i have done 5x5 before ive done stronglifts and bill starr program

    but right now im using 5/3/1 because it gives me more balance in my training.

    got my main lifts squat,dead bench and milatary press plus assistance work to keep me fresh :)
