I knew sign language as a kid. While I worked at Starbucks, Deaf Customers came in and it made me realize I had forgotten a lot of my signing knowledge. So I went back to school to relearn ASL, so I could communicate with my regular deaf customers. Even though I don't work for Starbucks now, I still hang out with my new Deaf Friends and talk about Starbucks!

I believe a cleaner order layout on the iPhone would suffice.

Nice ideas...the Starbucks App at the iPhone is great for that.
I sometime show the Barista the iPhone with my favorite beverage and that is it...it is faster and easier.
